Polyurethane Foams & Resins

 Polyurethane (PU) foams and resins are versatile construction chemicals used for waterproofing, sealing, insulation, bonding, and structural reinforcement. They are known for their flexibility, chemical resistance, and ability to expand or harden depending on the formulation.

BSC-JS4

 BSC-JS4 is a one-part low modulus high performance polyurethane sealant, which cures on the absorption of atmospheric moisture to form a firm and flexible rubber water-tight seal for moderate movement and control joints..BS-JS4 can be used in both horizontal and vertical applications. The sealant has a movement accommodation factor (MAF) of ±25%.
